Booking Conditions & Cancellations

All bookings must be confirmed by a deposit of 50% of the total booking at the time of booking and the balance to be paid on arrival, except for Long Weekends when the full amount of the booking is required. (No personal cheques are accepted.) All Long Weekends are a minimum 3 night booking.

Bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival date will receive their deposit back less a $50 cancellation & administration fee.

Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date will only receive their deposit back less a $50 cancellation & administration fee if the cabin is re-booked.

All Long Weekend cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival date will only receive 50% of their full booking as a refund if the cabin is re-booked.

Any booking that needs to be cancelled must be phoned directly to us, but if booked through another agent they need to contact the agent with whom they made the booking.

Check-In is available from 2pm until 9.30pm and Check-Out is by 10am. For Check-Ins or Check-Outs outside these times please make enquiries at time of booking.

It is the guests' responsibility to take due care of the cabins and property. Any damages made during their stay may be charged to the guests' account. Cabins need to be left in a clean & tidy state or regrettably a service fee may be charged.

We have a NO SMOKING policy for inside our cabins and any one that disregards this will be charged a special cleaning fee.

We do provide ashtrays outside the cabins for anyone wishing to smoke.
